The committee will review performance measures in care coordination, including those focused on patient experience of care, health information technology, transitions of care and structural measures.

The Coordinating Center will officially open its new Anne Arundel County headquarters on Thursday, November 14 with a Ribbon Cutting at 9:30 AM at the office, 8531 Veterans Highway in Millersville, Maryland. The ceremony will be followed by an Open House and public reception until 11:00 AM. The Center is a non-profit organization serving families and individuals with complex needs and disabilities throughout Maryland.
