The Coordinating Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Dianne Feeney of Edgewater to its Board of Directors.

Ms. Feeney has served as the Associate Director for Quality Initiatives for the Maryland Health Services Cost Review Commission since 2008. The Commission sets payment rates for all acute care hospitals that apply to all payers in the state, including Medicare and Medicaid.

Prior to her work with The Commission, Ms. Feeney was the Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President of the National Quality Forum (NQF), a national consensus development membership organization.

Ms. Feeney’s 33-year-career in the health care industry includes time with The Coordinating Center. From 1987 to1991, Ms. Feeney was a Clinical Care Coordinator at The Center.

Ms. Feeney has written several publications about individuals with disabilities and special health care needs.

The Coordinating Center’s board members serve a three-year term.
