Thanks to donations from coworkers and CenterFlix attendees, The Coordinating Center created 183 care bags for individuals experiencing homelessness. Coworkers will be distributing these bags to individuals throughout the state during the winter months.

The bags, which were originally the idea of coworker, Jalisa Bell, contain hygiene products, snacks and winter items such as hats, scarves and gloves. “It was really eye opening for me to see how easy it is to show people in need that we see them and that we care,” said Ms. Bell. “My coworkers have always been extremely supportive of my independent efforts over the last few years, so I was really excited to continue this project with them.”
