About The Event

The Coordinating Center will host its annual Spring BBQ on May 26th at Kurtz’s Beach in Pasadena, Maryland. In addition to the food, games, dancing, and volunteer activities that make this event a favorite coworker tradition, we are excited to introduce a Resource Fair.

This new addition responds to coworker interest in connecting with organizations and services that support people living with disabilities and/or complex medical needs, while also providing resources and opportunities that benefit coworkers themselves.

About The Coordinating Center

The mission of The Coordinating Center is to partner with people of all ages and abilities, and with those who support them in the community, to achieve their aspirations for independence, health, and a meaningful community life.

With more than 40 years of experience, our Care Team supports people living with disabilities and/or complex medical needs by helping them navigate health, home, and community-based services. Through care management, service coordination, advocacy, life care planning, and resource connection, we work alongside individuals and families to remove barriers, strengthen support systems, and advance person‑centered solutions that honor individual goals and choices.

Sponsorship Levels & Benefits

Please note: The Coordinating Center is an independent care coordination agency, adhering to the guidelines set forth by URAC and state and federal laws.
