The second would be positivity; it’s a great culture here of a positive work environment, and it’s a lot of fun. So I really enjoy my coworkers. I enjoy the team that I’m on and being able to touch base with them and just talk to them, whether it’s venting or getting suggestions on how to handle different cases.
Just being able to have that communication with the coworkers I’m here is really important, and it’s been, it’s made working here an absolute pleasure. One of our core values that mean the most to me is impact, the impact that we make, not just as coworkers on each other’s professional lives and professional development, but it’s also our community and our clients and their ultimate goals of living. It just makes me feel good to provide that impact, provide that assistance; that’s the ultimate goal behind it.
